Tegernseer Straße 89, 83700 Rottach-Egern
Write to us through the form, call, or book an appointment and bring the part along. A photo of the broken piece is enough to start.
Three ways to reach us
An enquiry through the form
Attach a file, a photo or a sketch. You get a quote with material, quantity and a date.
An order through the shop
Whatever is in the shop carries a price on the article. File upload is part of it, you pay directly.
A visit by appointment
You bring the part, we look at it on the workbench. Book the appointment in advance.
What belongs in an enquiry
Three details are enough for a first word: what should be made, in what quantity, and by when you need it. A file or a photo with a folding rule next to it helps, we sort out the rest.
For textiles and cards, bring a sample piece or an old card along. That saves a round, because we can check thread and chip directly.
How fast it goes depends on the job. A simple printed part that arrives in the morning is often ready in the afternoon. A quote for a series or a development project can take longer than two days.
Directions and visits
The workshop sits in the Reitrain part of Rottach-Egern, on Tegernseer Straße. From Gmund, Bad Wiessee or Kreuth it is a few minutes by car, from Miesbach and Holzkirchen a little longer.
Two parking spaces lie parallel to the street in front of the shop windows.
The entrance has a high stepSTEPA vendor-neutral CAD format that carries the design geometry — unlike an STL, which is only a triangle mesh. Anyone who wants us to adapt a part should supply STEP. and is not accessible for wheelchairs. Tell us in advance if that is a problem — we come out to the car and take the part there.
A visit is possible by appointment. Book it through the booking system, then someone is at the workbench to look at your part.
Tell us what you need.
For pickup in Rottach-Egern there is no minimum quantity. For shipping a minimum order value applies, above which it is free. You pay on site in cash or by card, in the shop through the methods stored there.
