For workshops between Gmund and Kreuth
A part is missing, a sign needs lettering, the jackets need the company logo. We make that at Tegernseer Straße 89 in Rottach-Egern.
Three kinds of job come from the trades
The spare part nobody stocks
A gear, a bracket, a handle on a machine no manufacturer supplies any more. We measure the broken piece, redraw it and print it in PETGPETGA copolyester and the 3D printing standard for functional parts: impact resistant, stable to about 70 degrees and indifferent to moisture and many chemicals. Where PLA softens in a hot car, PETG… or ASA. From 1 piece.
The jig for your own production
Drill guide, stop, assembly aid. Cut from 6 mm plywood or printed in PLA. Anyone who knows manual alignment counts that against half an hour per workpiece.
Marking that lasts
Company name and serial number on tools, engraved in metal or wood. Signs for workpieces, doors and shelves come with it. Embroidered jackets, polos and aprons from 1 piece.
What you bring
A file is fastest: STEPSTEPA vendor-neutral CAD format that carries the design geometry — unlike an STL, which is only a triangle mesh. Anyone who wants us to adapt a part should supply STEP. or STL for printing, DXF or SVG for the laser, PDF or EPS for vinyl. The requirements per process stand on the 6 area pages.
It also works without a file. Bring the broken part to Rottach-Egern or send a photo with a folding rule beside it. We redraw it and send the drawing for approval before the machine runs.
For textiles we need the logo as a vector file and a sample of the garment, so that needle and thread match the weave. Bring it to Rottach-Egern.

What tradespeople ask us on the phone
Yes. Collection in Rottach-Egern has no minimum quantity. For shipping a minimum order value applies, above which it is free.
A simple part goes quickly. A jig or a series with several materials can take longer than 2 days.
Then bring the part. We measure it and draw it. The drawing stays on file in Rottach-Egern, so a reorder in 2 years does not start from scratch.
What stands in the shop has a price on the item. Everything else we quote: an engraved sign sits differently from a jig cut out of 6 mm plywood.
That depends on the material. PLA works up to about 60 °C, PETG up to about 80 °C, ASA and PA-CF clearly higher. The table stands on the 3D printing page.
Bring the broken part along.
A visit is possible by appointment. 2 parking spaces lie directly in front of the shop windows at Tegernseer Straße 89.
