The spare part nobody stocks
A gear, a bracket, a knob on a machine nobody supplies parts for. We measure the broken piece in Rottach-Egern and print it again in PETGPETGA copolyester and the 3D printing standard for functional parts: impact resistant, stable to about 70 degrees and indifferent to moisture and many chemicals. Where PLA softens in a hot car, PETG… or ASA.
A jig for your own production
A drill guide, a stop, an assembly aid. Cut from 6 mm plywood or printed in PLA, usually cheaper than the hour that manual alignment costs.
Short runs, in colour too
Fifty brackets with your logo in company colours, no painting. Four printers share the job and keep printing overnight.

Actually produced: membership cards for a club
Cards in credit-card format, clearly finer than an ordinary plastic card, printed at Tegernseer Straße 89. The job dates back a few years. Pictures follow once they are released.
Menu in wood or acrylic
Laser-cut card with engraved lettering, wipeable and suitable outdoors. The changing daily menu slides in as a sheet, the frame stays. We reprint sheets from 1 piece.
Room signs with a number
Slate, anodised aluminium or acrylic, engraved. One series in the same look for a whole house, with single signs reordered from 1 piece at any time.
Room card with a chip
PVC or composite card, printed, with a MIFAREMIFAREA chip family for contactless reading at 13.56 MHz. MIFARE Classic 1K is the most widespread and is enough for time recording and simple access; DESFire EV2 is encrypted and belongs in… or NTAG chip for the locking system. From 1 piece, also as top-up for an existing series.
Clubs, schools and municipalities
Trophies and certificates with engraving
Wood, acrylic or slate, with the club crest and the year. A whole tournament engraved in 1 pass, each place lettered separately.
Race numbers and course signs
Cut on vinyl or lasered from card, weatherproof, numbered in sequence from 1 upwards. Nothing is missing when the pile is sorted in the morning.
Club textiles
Shirts, jackets and caps with an embroidered crest. From 1 piece, so a latecomer need not wait for the next group order.
Membership cards
Card with photo, name and number, with a chip on request. The data arrives as a table and we print the series in 1 run.
Private customers
Repair instead of replacement
The broken handle of a parmesan grater, reprinted in PETG. A photo with a ruler beside it is enough to start, and we draw the file. From 1 piece.
Engraved chopping board
Solid wood with a name, a date or a drawing. 1 piece, no minimum order value when you collect in Rottach-Egern.
Stickers and vehicle lettering
Vinyl cut to contour, with transfer film for you to apply. Also for trailers, shop windows and letterboxes in Rottach-Egern.
